I liked TNG the best, but Voyager was solid. Firefly and BG reboots were just fantastic brain candy. I keep revisiting them when I talk about sci-fi during this era too.

For the 2010s, The Expanse really stands out.

I highly recommend checking out these if you haven't seen them yet:

Finally, Andor may be the best sci-fi show on TV right now, but maybe that's Severance. I'm not sure.

I'm assuming the Firefly reboot you're referring to is the "Serenity" feature film? I absolutely loved that one. Thought it was much better than the show, actually. The western aspect kind of got on my nerve a bit after a while lol but I did love the characters. The film kind of moved away from the western gimmick and feels a lot more like Sci-Fi, which is why I like it best ;)

I haven't yet watched Andor or Severance, will have to check those out. So many things to watch...

For Firefly, I was just talking about the original show itself; for Battlestar Galactica I was talking about the reboot. My grammar was comment-worthy, but only barely!

Do check out Severance if you want to tickle your brain a bit. It's a great one for that, one of the best ever on TV as far as I'm concerned. It's also incredibly stylized and very well done, and I love the cast.
